3. How We Use the Data

• Facilitate installation/testing using the UDID you submit.
• Communicate with you about availability or service messages using your email.
• Security/abuse prevention and legal compliance as required.
• No profiling, no behavioral ads.

4. Sharing & Disclosure (Processors Only)

We do not sell or rent your data. We do not disclose UDID or email to third parties except to vetted service providers (“processors”) acting on our instructions and only as necessary to operate the Services. Typical categories include:

• Hosting/Infrastructure/CDN: e.g., AWS, Hetzner, OVH, Cloudflare, Fastly.
• Email Delivery: e.g., Amazon SES, Mailgun, SendGrid, Postal.
• Error Monitoring/Logs: e.g., Sentry, Elastic.
• Backup/Storage: e.g., AWS S3, Backblaze.

Processors are bound by contracts to: (i) use data only to provide services to us, (ii) implement appropriate security, and (iii) delete or return data after service completion. We do not authorize processors to use your data for their own marketing.

If you directly provide your UDID/email to a third-party app/provider, that is a separate relationship governed by their policies.

5. International Transfers

We operate in Canada, LATAM, and Europe. Your data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States or other jurisdictions where our processors operate.

EEA/UK/Switzerland: Where data is transferred outside the EEA/UK to a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) (and, where applicable, the UK Addendum) plus supplementary measures.

Canada: Cross-border transfers occur under contractual safeguards consistent with PIPEDA.

Brazil (LGPD) & other LATAM countries: Transfers rely on applicable contractual or legal mechanisms.

6. Legal Bases (where required)

Where legal bases are required, we rely on:

• Consent — you voluntarily submit UDID/email.
• Legitimate Interests — operate/secure minimal Services, prevent abuse, fulfill requested actions.

You may withdraw consent at any time (see section 12).

7. Retention

UDID: kept only for the installation/testing workflow or for as long as you ask us to keep it available for that purpose, then deleted.

Email: kept until you unsubscribe/withdraw consent or we no longer need to contact you, then deleted. Backups may persist briefly per standard rotation.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, least privilege, audit logging where applicable). No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location (e.g., GDPR/UK GDPR, PIPEDA, LGPD), you may have rights to:

• access, correct, or delete your data;
• withdraw consent;
• object to or restrict processing;
• data portability (where applicable).

10. Children

The Services are for adults (age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If a minor has provided data, contact us for deletion.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not responsible for:

• third-party apps, sites, or services you choose to use;
• device/OS prompts, profiles, or settings you elect to install;
• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the Services.

Nothing here limits non-waivable legal rights.
